Directions: From Flagstaff, take U.S. 180 north to the State Route 64 junction in Valle.
Turn right (north) and continue 11 miles to Forest Road 320.
Turn right (east) and go 1.3 miles to FR 340.
Look for signs.

Do I need a jeep or 4 w/d to travel the forest road ? I’m considering the camping outing, but will likely go to the Flagstaffe meeting to introduce myself. I have been arrested several times in the past year for nonviolent direct action, and this is obviously an issue worth putting my body on the line. The reopening of this mine, and the hauling of toxic materials through the reservation is total BULLSHIT.

Thank you, I really enjoyed your meeting last night. It was really informative (although I was late), and well run, with tons of info’ to bring home. I’m real interested in the upcoming weekend of training, but I may not make it to the high school this afternoon. I think I am getting sick from the old swamp cooler here ! Tough call…either use it and make it bearable, or marinate in my own juices ! Yuck…
Stop that mining !!!!!!! There is an aquifer there no less !!!!!! Stop all development within 80 miles of Grand Canyon ,at least !!!! Sacred Land !!!!! We need water and Wilderness not more money for fat cats !!!!!!!
